EARLY BIRD TICKETS €315 / £295
REGULAR TICKETS: €335 / £315
This year, we think we will reach capacity at the school for MOVE. Therefore, in order to try and facilitate as many young people and groups as possible, any tickets that have not been fully paid for by Tuesday, 16 July, will be released for other groups to purchase. We do not want groups holding on to tickets that they may not be able to fulfil, as this will impact other groups who wish to purchase tickets.
A deposit of €25 per person will secure your place up to 16 June. (If you complete full payment before 2 June, you can avail of the Early Bird price.)
N.B. As capacity allows, booking will remain open until Tuesday 21 July 2026, letting any existing or new group time to register people at the regular ticket price of €335 / £315.
Booking deadlines
• Early Bird Deadline: 1 pm on Tuesday, 2 June 2026.
• Initial Regular Deadline 1 pm on Tuesday, 16 June 2026
• And then, as capacity allows, spaces will be available up to Tuesday, 21July 2026

MOVE aims to facilitate an experience that allows you to focus on quality time with your young people. As such the programme at MOVE will give you time in small groups and time with your young people across the various activities.
GROUP SIZE
You must have one adult for every 10 young people you bring to MOVE. However, we would recommend you have one leader for every 8 young people and unless your group is single sex you must have at least one female and one male leader.
As we expect to hit capacity at Clongowes this year, group leader spaces may have to be limited, with priority given to the recommended ratios of 1:8.

Medical Release and Consent Form
[Pass this link onto everyone in your group, leaders and young people.]
N.B. Make sure everyone in your group, knows your name and email address. This means that as each person completes the medical form, they can add your details, and you will automatically receive a copy.
EVERY ATTENDEE (adults and young people) has to have a signed medical release and consent form completed. These need to be completed before coming to MOVE. We cannot let people on site or participate if these are not completed.
We would also ask that if any of your group requires ANY onsite support e.g., accessibility support, you let us know as soon as possible but at least two weeks before the event.
[Pass this link onto all the leaders in your group)
This form should be completed by every adult leader who is coming with your group.
Unfortunately, if this is not complete before the event they will not be allowed to stay.
It is your responsibility as Group leader to ensure every leader in your group has undergone vetting e.g., GARDA Vetting or ACCESSNI checks and received Child Protection training.
This form you will submit verifies that all your staff/volunteers are trained and vetted properly.
We cannot let any leader on site who has not gone through the appropriate child protection training and police vetting.
Once we get to June, we will upload the HOUSING FORM for you to complete. This will enable us to assign rooms/areas to your group and address any additional needs. But if you are aware of any additional needs e.g. wheelchair access please let us know as soon as possible.
The sleeping areas are in long corridors, so, your group will be mixed in with the other groups, though young people will only ever share individual rooms with people from their own group.
Boys and girls dorms are separated; and over and under 18s will be accommodated in different areas.
You and your leaders will be in a different block from the young people but close to hand.
Remember, it is the responsibility of your leaders to look after the young people in your group. You and your leaders will be responsible for ensuring that these spaces (dorms and small group spaces) are well kept throughout the stay at MOVE and quiet at night. If there is any damage, whether accidental or otherwise, there will be an initial fee of €100, alongside any additional replacement costs.
Registration starts Monday 3 August 2026 from 2pm – 4pm. This time will allow you to get settled into your dorms and dinner is served at 5pm. Please check in as early as possible.
Departure or collection from Clongowes will be between 2pm and 4pm on Friday 1st August 2026.
Please make sure EVERYONE brings a sleeping bag or equivalent.
Pillow and pillowcase are provided. In previous years we had quite a few leaders and campers request last minute bedding. Please note we cannot facilitate this, and any emergency requests will cost an additional €25 payment.
Other details of what to pack can be found below.
Below you will find what a typical week at MOVE looks like.
A big part of MOVE is encouraging small group time for all of the youth. At CIY our focus and aim is to set youth leaders up for those special moments with your young people. We believe your small group is the place where this happens the most. Each day, we have small group material that helps your young people to participate and engage more deeply with the theme/main sessions. Nearer the event we will share more information about how this works.
At CIY we encourage young people to have their own time with God, and for this to be a natural rhythm in their lives. To help with this, we have developed Selah resources, which you will get at MOVE.
We love that sometimes people want to visit MOVE, but we are just of a size now that we can’t have the same flexibility as in previous years. So, once drop off has finished on the Monday, MOVE will be a closed site with no additional guests allowed on site, unless pre-organised. This is an important safeguarding issue, but also a capacity issue.
If someone, e.g. church or youth leader, needs to visit you or your group, or is planning to come down, this must be organised in advance. - Day passes are €30.
And if anyone tries to come on site who hasn’t been sorted with a pass, they will not be allowed to stay. However, in the case of an emergency when someone needs to come on-site, for example, to collect their child, simply let the CIY team know as soon as you can.
