Engage is a week-long mission experience for youth groups, created by CIY Europe, where faith comes to life in real and practical ways.

It’s all about serving others, building meaningful connections, and helping young people discover how their faith fits into God’s bigger story. Youth groups from Ireland will team up with local churches and ministries in Poland, get their hands dirty helping out, and spend time each day in worship, teaching, and honest conversations about life and faith.

This year, these trips are specifically designed for churches to bring their youth groups. CIY takes care of the heavy lifting of travel, accommodation, ministry partnerships, and training so youth leaders can focus on what they’re called to do: walk alongside their teenagers and help them grow.

Engage isn’t just a mission trip; it’s a chance for young people to experience Kingdom work right alongside their leaders. To serve together. Grow together. And see God move in ways that change lives.

In July 2026, we’re heading to Zakosciele, Poland, to partner with the amazing team at Proem Ministries for a week at their creative arts camp for teens & Kids, called FISHART. Proem has been doing incredible gospel work in Poland since 1990—through camps, schools, church planting, and community outreach—and we’re so excited to join them. The camp takes place at their beautiful riverside campground, surrounded by trees and even a recently reopened castle! 

During the week, we’ll get to help with all kinds of creative workshops like music, photography, drama, dance, and graphic design. You don’t have to be an expert, just willing to jump in, build relationships, and serve. There are loads of other ways to get involved too, from helping in the kitchen to leading games, supporting sports and climbing wall activities, caring for ranch animals, sorting donations, and much more. There will also be chances for young people to step up and lead—maybe by running a game, sharing a testimony, or helping guide a devotional. Each night we’ll take time as a group to slow down, reflect, and talk about what God’s been teaching us. One of the most powerful parts of the trip will be a visit to Auschwitz, where we’ll learn about the history of the land and the people we’re serving. It’s going to be a week full of creativity, fun, deep conversations, and powerful moments of seeing God at work. We’d love for you to come with us.
